Where do we turn in the face of constant shifting? What is left to stand on when it becomes clear that the pillars we thought were solid are proven to be temporary?  The shaking is here! Now more than ever, there is a deep need for stability, for a sure footing, a solid foundation during unsettling times.

There is a way to be STEADFAST in the midst of chaos. There is a sure place to stand in the face of endless waves of confusion. There is a Cornerstone that has been laid, which is a sure foundation, and those who believe will not panic! (Is. 28:16) Come find Strength and Truth as we encounter Jesus together.

What is Awakening Women's Conference? Awakening is a full day of encounter with God for the women of East Texas! Three powerful main stage sessions beginning at 10 am and wrapping up with an end-of-night celebration!

Jasmine Weiler

GUEST SPEAKER

Jasmine Weiler has spent the last thirteen years traveling the nation as a speaker, worship leader, singer-songwriter, and creatives’ coach. With a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication, Jasmine is also skilled and experienced in building teams and establishing healthy culture in an organization. She has helped several organizations grow in health and effectiveness. Currently, Jasmine serves as one of the pastors at Mercy Culture Church, based in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, aside from helping build the organization, she’s been given the opportunity to help families from various walks of life. Jasmine also serves on the Advisory Board for the Justice Reform. The Justice Reform is an organization that seeks to be a voice for the voiceless, bring hope to the hopeless, and light into the darkness.

In 2010, Jasmine began her career in music as a singer-songwriter. After being taught to play the guitar supernaturally, she traveled the nation bringing songs about life and declarations of hope  to coffee shops, universities, music venues, churches, etc.. Jasmine has become known for sharing raw, moving songs that provoke people to look inward. Through her music, she found a way to provide hope for people in the midst of hard realities. After a few short years of learning how to do this, she began training up other creatives to do the same. In 2018, Jasmine started a community of creatives called AXL Creative Co.. This online and in-person community is full of hundreds of singer-songwriters, dancers, painters, designers, videographers and more who are also passionate about seeing reformation in culture.People are often attracted to Jasmine’s authenticity. She’s known for her genuine love for people and unwavering desire to be fully present from moment to moment.

Joy Patterson

CONFERENCE HOST

Joy is an Ohio native who was transplanted to West Texas in 2006 so God could clean up her Yankee manners and small dreams. 

During the past 17 years in Texas, she’s been challenged and stretched to take God at His word, which has been the most rewarding adventure.

 Because of this, she loves seeing women walk in freedom and confidence in who they were made to be, regardless of their past. She and her husband, Joseph, have two children, Eva and Jackson, who they are raising to conquer the world. Joy is currently serving as Women’s Pastor at CrossPointe Church in Tyler, TX.
